As an exhibitor at the New Mexico 2018 Conference, you will have an opportunity to meet with administrators, instructors, and directors from all over New Mexico.

There are sponsorship opportunities available. We hope you will consider increasing the visibility of your company by sponsoring conference items such as name tag holders, conference bags, or meals.

To sponsor an event, provide materials, receive program space – or if you have any questions, please contact Sandy Myers at AdultEd@nwc.edu or 307-754-6280.

The Exhibit Area is scheduled to be in the Puma Room, which is a secure area. Space will be available on a first-come basis. Electricity and WiFi will be provided.

All breaks will be held in the Exhibit Area to help increase your visibility and foot traffic, and the Exhibit Area will be located directly across from the Ballroom where all meals and General Sessions will be held.

Program Advertising

Companies that sponsor at the Gold Level or above will receive a full-page ad included with their sponsorship. However, any Exhibitor may advertise in the Conference Program. Ads must be received by August 24.

Shipping Materials To And From Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa

Arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials which will be sent, delivered, or brought into the Resort. Failure to make arrangements may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required.

The Resort’s receiving entrance is open from 9:00A-5:00P Monday-Friday. For weekend deliveries, advance arrangements must be made through the Events Office.

Please include the following information on all packages to insure proper delivery and storage:

If you are paying the per-box handling fees, please put your name as the ‘Recipient’s Name’ and it will be charged to your room. If you want the Conference to pay the per-box handling fees, please put ‘Sandy Myers’ as the ‘Recipient’s Name’ but still put your own ‘Company Name’ where indicated. If the Conference is paying the handling fees, please limit your shipping to 4 boxes and NO Pallets.

If you are sending more than one package within a single shipment, please be sure to number in sequence. Due to limited storage, please do not send packages more than 1 week prior to your event.

Please note: Any box received by a representative of the Group will require a signature of receipt. This signature will indicate approval of portage charges. The hotel will not deliver any boxes without a Group representative present for signature.

Current package handling fees are $6.00 per box or $200.00 each pallet.

For package returns, there is no handling fee. There is no UPS or FedEx office onsite, but both come every weekday. Packages will be on the loading dock for pickup. If using a private shipping company, you must make your own arrangements for pickup.
